This is the Rosemary dress and it features a squiggly top (shirring) vibe created with elastic thread, straps that can be tied to your liking and a gathered skirt bottom that gives the most whimsical look.

Making her wardrobe allows me to dress her in the exact colors that compliment her skin instead of making her looked washed out plus we get to match. They just don’t make baby clothes in certain colors or styles and color theory matters for babies too.
