Shipping Policy

Because we are an independent, artisan brand, our shipping process is a little different — and we want to be fully transparent so you always know what to expect.

How Our Shipping Works

We currently ship all U.S. orders in monthly batches to ensure reliable delivery and affordable shipping rates for our customers.

  • Orders placed between the 1st and the last day of each month are shipped together during our next U.S. shipping trip.

  • Once our team arrives in the U.S. (typically around the 1st week of each month), all packages are sent through USPS Priority Mail.

  • You can expect your order to arrive within 7–10 days after the monthly shipment date.

🗓 Example:

If you place an order on October 15th, it will be included in our November shipment and should arrive by November 10th.

Shipping Rates

  • U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $25 USD per order.

    This covers the cost of securely flying your handmade bag from Jamaica to the U.S., then mailing it via USPS directly to your door.

  • Jamaica: Local delivery options will be shown at checkout.

  • Other Countries: At this time, we primarily ship outside of Jamaica to the U.S., but please email us if you’d like a custom quote.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been mailed through USPS in the U.S., you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey home.

Handmade & Processing Time

We no longer make bags to order so our bags are generally ready to ship We’ll always keep you updated via email if there are any changes to your shipping date.
